These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Salado mobile application, website, and services provided by SaladO ("Salado", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the this platform.

2. Account Registration
You must register for an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Ordering and Payments
Orders can be placed through the app or website. Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, or digital wallets. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Delivery
Estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout. Delays due to traffic or weather conditions are not within our control.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placing them. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days. Refer to our Return and Refund Policy below for details.

6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, false reviews, or violating any laws.

7. Limitation of Liability
Salado is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
